Who doesn’t love a no makeup day. I wear makeup every day throughout the week for work so when it comes to the weekend I always try to keep makeup free, where I can, to let my skin breathe, as my nan would say. I am also going through a really bad acne patch at the moment, I have been changing my contraceptive pill around and my skin has seriously freaked out over it. Which means any chance I get to not wear makeup I slather my face in skincare that will promote skin renewal and general glowiness.
So I was recently introduced to the brand Grow Gorgeous. A hair care brand that not only works to give the appearance of healthy hair but uses ingredients to promote hair growth and health.
So I was recently introduced to Korean skincare by the lovely Jenna at Buttermilk Skincare. Buttermilk Skincare is a online shop offering custom picked Asian skincare products from Japan, Korea and all over Asia. I’m sure you are probably aware of the massive swift the beauty industry is currently having towards Korean skincare. It is so advanced in terms of products, technologies and ingredients that there is no wonder it is taking the industry by storm. So when Jenna got in touch to ask me if I wanted to try some products I absolutely jumped at the chance.
So it seems I’m having a slight bronzer moment currently. I love the stuff, especially at this time of year and I always think bronzer is one of those products that when applied correctly can completely change a persons features. Now when it comes to Summer everyone wants to look like a natural effortless bronzed goddess that spends all day by the beach perfecting that glowing tan whilst being fed grapes by Ryan Gosling. Just me? So I wanted to bring you my top picks for achieving the bronzed look for those of us that unfortunately have to fake the whole bronzed goddess thang.
Facial mists always used to be something that I never really saw the need of to include in my skincare routine. It was just an extra unnecessary step, I mean what benefit could misting a little product over my skin really do? But actually they make a massive difference and are now an absolute staple for my morning and evening routine. So I wanted to talk you through my current favourites and give you an idea of how you can integrate a facial spray into your routine.
